Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. Here's everything you need to know about cancelling an order with MatHaven.

Cancelling Before Shipment

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@mathaven.com. Orders can be cancelled free of charge if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Cancelling After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. In this case, you may return the item(s) once received in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation, please email us at support@mathaven.com with your order number and reason for cancellation. We will confirm the cancellation and process any applicable refund within 5–7 business days.
